Playa Panama Mansion Costa Rica

This luxurious Villa is perched on a mountainside in Playa Panama looking out over Culebra Bay and the blue waters of the Gulf of Papagayo. The builder and owner is from Canada and holds many awards for Best Home, Best Design, Best Development repeatedly in British Columbia, Canada.
The brick lock driveway leads you to the entrance with a custom made solid wood Pachote door, field stone pillars and wrought iron gate. Vaulted ceilings and imported Italian porcelain floor tiles. From the landing you can access the main garage, the main living area and the staircase to the master bedroom. Coralina tiles on the stair cases and around the two pools. On the main floor is the living room, dining room, adjoining kitchen, a laundry room and a bedroom. There is also access to the second double garage where you can enter the 3 one bedroom suites on the lower level. The villa is wired for sound, includes wireless internet, has a security camera system, a retractable 100 inch screen in the ceiling and a projector. The system features surround sound also. The villa has R-20 insulated ceilings complete with roof and soffit venting. (Garages included) Built in central vacuum system throughout the complete villa including garages. A wine cooler is mounted below the entertainment center and communications panel. The main living areas and master bedroom are air conditioned by two -five ton central air conditioners. Granite and marble counter tops though out the home with extractor fans that vent to the outdoors in the kitchen and in the outdoor kitchen. Stainless steel appliances and custom made solid wood cabinets. The home was designed for out door living. As you leave the kitchen through the double paned patio doors you you enter the outdoor kitchen and patio. There is also a large walk in pantry. Again granite counter tops with solid wood cabinets and a built in gas barbecue with sink. All outside patio areas feature teak ceilings. The home has a 200 amp service with total house surge protection and is wired to Canadian electrical standards.
Full floor to ceiling patio doors and glass. Infinity edge pools on both levels with outdoor field stone showers. The Gulf of Papagayo, Culebra Bay and the Papagayo Four Seasons Resort are in full view from all the decks and patios. Watch the sunsets and luxury yachts on the way to the Four Seasons Marina. The villa includes a sewage treatment plant designed for residential and is approved by the Costa Rica Health Department. The landscaped grounds are irrigated making this villa maintenance fee. Jacuzzi bath, his and hers sinks in the master bedroom , shower, under cabinets are automatic lighting when you enter the room, and make up counter. The views from the bath room are breath taking. The 3 suites, wine cellar, laundry room and a storage room can be accessed through the hallway on the ground level. The suites include a full kitchen with appliances and are fully furnished. The range and microwaves are vented. The waterfall comes from the pool on the main level and can be set on a timer. Both pools are electrically grounded complete with ground fault breakers. This second laundry room is much larger and includes 2 large hot water tanks and a water softener.. The wine cellar is under construction but when finished will have the capacity to hold over 2200 bottles of wine. Finished using cedar and climate controlled, From the floor where the suites are located you can access an outside door and stair way that will lead you past the basement floor access and down to the ground level. Here you will find a private courtyard with lush vegetation. A perfect get away. Fully irrigated. The basement floor has not been shown but is approximately an additional 3000 square feet. All in a grey structure condition. The pool equipment room is located here along with an endless amount of storage space. All plumbing and electrical can be easily accessed from the basement. I do not believe there is one detail that has been left out in the construction of this home. The villa’s exterior is an acrylic stucco and Columbia tiles have been used on all the roofing. The closest beach is Playa Panama. The beach is great for swimming and a perfect place to moor a boat. Protected with shallow waters. many Playa Panama residents are now making plans to take water shuttles from this beach to the new Four Seasons Marina where they will have there boats moored. Shopping, medical facilities and restaurants are only a 15 minute drive away from this villa. The villas is being offered at $2,900,000 with furnishings included (with the exception of some personal items)
