How do I email a yahoo address in costa rica?
I have a freind with a yahoo account in Costa Rica, but my emails keep failing. Any hints?
There is nothing special. You use the address exactly as your friend gave it to you. Addresses are never changed. The last 2 or 3 characters can be anything depending on where the email was set up.

I email people who live in New Zealand, Russia and Singapore. I’m thinking maybe there’s something wrong with your email address? Maybe contact your friend and see if you have the right address. Or set up a gmail account and email your friend from that to see if it goes from there.

If you are receiving delivery failure notices, then the next time you get one, actually read it, there is usually a reason the mail delivery was not possible in the note. Once you know why the delivery failed, then you will know what you need to do to correct it.

The act that your friend is in Costa Rica has nothing to do with the fact that the email cannot reach the destination. Make sure you double check the email failure notification before trying again. Also try another email address other than yahoo. That should work.
