There is nothing like this anywhere in Costa Rica or in Latin America for that matter. The Spa is by far the best you could look for even outside of Latin America. The setting within the rainforest, next to a active vulcano is just awesome. Keeping in mind that the room rate includes free entrance to the springs makes it perfect. Further the F&B Department is one of the best in Costa Rica.

I have to tell that the SPA is really awesome! ..it’s actually the only 7 stars SPA in Latinamerica.

Been there in April with my wife- was absolutely great stuff (Spa, food, nature – the whole lot)
Been quite pricey but worth every penny.
I am sure I’ll be back some day.
If you are thinking of going – Rent a car so you can explore the surroundings whenever you fell like it (La Fortuna is sth. like 3 hrs from San Jose)
