My friend and I are backpacking Costa Rica this spring break and we are trying to figure out the best way to move on from Montezuma to Manuel Antonio. I know its a bit of a trek, but it’s important to us to go to both of these places. So whats the best way? Bus, ferry, bus? Can private shuttles be arranged? I was also particularly interested in the possibility of a ferry that runs from Paquera to Jaco, perhaps? Any help would be very much appreciated! Thank you, and happy travels!
I’ll be hiking extensively in Costa Rica’s rainforests next month and wonder about snakes, especially fer-de-lance. I’ll be wearing boots and long pants at all times. Is this sufficient protection?
Im traveling to costa rica for 2 weeks. I want the ultimate backpack experience. Staying at the coolest hostels. Beaches, restaurants etc. All from people who have traveled it before me. I don’t want the touristy thing but if theres something i must do that is touristy, than im in. So everyone whose backpacked Costa Rica, Help Me Plan!!!
