I’m going to Costa Rica in 10 days but I haven’t exercised in a while. I’m sure hiking all the time as well as other adventure activities will be physically taxing so I wanted to know if it’s possible to get in shape by the time of my trip and what exercises I should do.

We visit the world famous house of prostitution “Hotel del Rey” and the “Blue Marlin Bar” and then we get down to tuning and wrenching on the fastest STI in Costa Rica.
